You are a FENSA Approved Installer, what does this mean to me?
FENSA monitors building regulation compliance for doors and windows. It is a government authorised scheme and as a FENSA Approved Installer we are assessed frequently to make sure we are compliant with building regulations. You can find out more about FENSA here.
Will I need planning permission?
Many projects can be built under permitted development which does not require planning permission. We can check this for you, and we will help you with the process if planning permission is needed.
I’ve got an issue with something you have supplied and fitted, what do I do?
We are so sorry to hear that. We always aim for you to be completely happy but we also understand that sometimes things go wrong. Please give us a call as soon as possible so we can try to help.
